My name is Lyzabeth Lopez and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Award Winning Certified Personal Trainer and Mom. I’ve trained thousands of people over the years. In that time, I have mastered the art of writing an eating plan that is holistic. My plans are whole food based to focus on health issues including: improving skin, increasing energy, improving sleep and improving overall gut health all while helping you lose weight. Most importantly, I understand that the best eating plan is the one that is easy enough to stick to. The Flat Belly Challenge was beta-tested for roughly six months to get it to a point where it was easy to follow and gave great, consistent results. Average weight loss from my testers was 5-7lbs in the first week and 10-20lbs in one month. Additionally, they had great success pin-pointing foods like: strawberries, night-shade vegetables and other foods that they could not have guessed on their own that were causing bloating. Once removed, puffy faces and tummies were gone!
Some of my education includes: two years full-time at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to complete my license as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner in addition to studying Health Sciences and Kinesiology in college (6 years total of full-time post-secondary schooling to hone my craft in fitness & nutrition). In addition to this, I have taken more than 50 additional fitness & nutrition certification programs to stay up to date in my field. I own and operate a women's fitness gym called 'The Hourglass Workout' for the last 13 years. I am dedicated to offering researched, tested, healthy & results driven fitness & nutrition plans that really work!
